Recruitment Pattern: There will first be a technical interview where candidates will be assessed on parameters like front-end skills in retail outlets, merchandising skills and interpersonal skills. The HR Round is to be assessed the attitude and communication skills of the candidates.

Career Prospectus:
After completion of Diploma in Retail Management candidates can work as Area Store Manager or Store Manager for an average salary of Rs.20000 – Rs. 25000 per month. They can also start off as Assistance Store Manager or Stores Supervisor for Rs. 16000 – Rs. 20000 per month. Those pursuing Advance/PG Diploma in Retail Management can join directly as a Store Manager.
After completion of Diploma in Visual Merchandising, one can work as Zonal Visual Merchandiser and Cluster Visual Merchandiser for Rs. 14000 to Rs. 20000 per month.
Candidates having Masters in Retail Management ot Post Graduate Diploma in Design with respect to Visual Merchandising can earn Rs. 4 – Rs. 4.5 Lakhs per Annum in a retail outlet.
